Gullett Elementary's 2016 Collection Austin, TX
All donations received will be delivered to the Capital Area Food Bank (CAFB). One in six Texans struggle to find their next meal with the Capital Area Food Bank of Texas serving 21 counties in Central Texas. If you aren't able to send food to Gullett's collection, please be aware of other options. Pre-packaged bags of food filled with non-perishable food items for less than $10 can be taken to any register or you make a donation using a scan tag for $1, $3, or $5 at any H-E-B or Randalls store. Also, the CAFB is always in need of volunteers. Without volunteers CAFB wouldn't be able to serve the nearly 46,000 people they help every week. Austin Jewish Academy's 2018 Collection Austin, TX
We are collecting can food items for the Central Texas Food Bank because it serves the greatest area and the most individuals in Central Texas. It serves a region that includes 21 counties in Central Texas, which is TWICE the size of the area of Massachusetts. We picked this charity because of our visit to the Central Texas Food Bank to help with the Souper Bowl of Caring Media Kick-off Event in Austin.
