Since 1990, young people have been leading the charge and inspiring others to collect dollars and food weeks leading up to the Big Game. Teaming up with local partners, these groups give 100% of donations to local charities, changing the nation's largest weekend of football into the largest weekend of caring.
"We depend on Souper Bowl of Caring to fund the soup kitchen which serves an average of 200 meals per day. We are open seven days a week, and for some it is the only meal they receive. Our membership is 104 churches of various denominations, and most of these participate in Souper Bowl of Caring. Each year the financial support increases and this is the easiest and most profitable fundraising event of our year. We are so grateful for the concept. Thank you for helping us reach those in need!" - Susan Brymer, Executive Director, Christian Ministry of Lincoln County, Inc.
