Douglas Manzone is 15 years old and is from Florida. He attends the providence extension program and is in 10th grade. He got involved with Souper Bowl of Caring through church and his brother, Robert Manzone, who also served on the National Youth Advisory Board.
In addition to his many talents, Douglas is musically gifted. He plays the drums and some guitar. One of his favorite bands is Beartooth. While he is gifted with music, you may not know he is able to scream at insane pitches as a singer.
If he could have any "souper power" he would want the ability to fly. He has visited Europe, Mexico and Canada. When he gets older he would like to stay in Florida and work with music.
While working with the Souper Bowl of Caring, he hopes to learn better people skills.

Try Something Different! These Participants Are Going For The Extra Point With Their Unique CollectionsPosted Oct 4th 2016 10:11amMost of us who know about Souper Bowl of Caring can bring to mind the iconic idea of a collection: a group of young people holding soup pots, collecting money and canned goods on the Sunday of the Big Game. It's a simple idea that's easy to replicate whether you're at a place of worship, school or business. However one of best things about Souper Bowl of Caring is how unique you can make your collection to meet your group's own needs. Want to hold a fundraising breakfast instead? How about a pep-rally? How about getting all the groups in your area for a collaborative event? Your Souper Bowl of Caring collection can be whatever fits your group the best....
